My mission as a heart-centered ,therapeutic therapist  and educator is  helping individuals with these issue such as ;  Severe chronic back  aches , nerve pinching at lower back, hip joint and sciatica . I help athletes to speed up recovery from sports injuries and surgeries.  My approach is  a Customized Restorative Approach that  also help stroke survivors to regain strength and independence so they can get back on their feet.
